Super Easy Cider Beverage - Perfect for Thanksgiving!

It's October! That means all things fall are coming! The fall time is one of my favourite times of the year, the air gets crisper, the nights get cozier, and all things pumpkin and apple begin to make an appearance! This is an easy fall recipe to spruce up an old favourite 'hot apple cider' so why not have it spiked. Our Captain Crimson Hot Cider recipe even adds Captain Morgans Spiced Rum. (Yum - spiking your booze.) We made this one easier for you though, we put all the spices you need in an easy, convenient package 'Crimsons Mulling Spices'. All you need to do is add the bag to your favourite cider (Ours for this recipe is Crimson Crisp) and enjoy!

Recipe:

Ingredients


1 Bottle of your favourite Crimson Cider

½-1 L of Apple Juice (sweeten to your liking- we use equal parts in store)

½ bag of Crimson's Mulling Spices Optional: In store we often add a splash of vanilla and sometimes orange slices

Apple slices, cinnamon stick or orange slices for garnish


Procedure:


Add all ingredients into a crock-pot, set on low for a couple of hours, be sure to taste regularly and remove the spices once it is to your liking. Pour into glasses, garnish and serve. (Garnish with an orange slice, cinnamon sticks or apple slices)


**Try a festive twist by adding cherries, cranberries, splash of vanilla or even orange slices**
