Easy delicious Tom Collins cocktail with a great cider kick

Recipe:
Ingredients
3oz Hard Cider ( We use Crimson Crisp)
2oz Reid's Gin
½oz Simple Syrup
½oz Lemon Juice
Procedure:
Add gin, simple syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until chilled and strain into a chilled Collins glass. Top with hard cider, add garnish and enjoy!
