Hard 'Cide-car' Cocktail

The great classic cocktail with a beautiful cider twist

Creating a classic cocktail with a great cider twist. The Cide-car is such an easy cocktail to make and can be made in so many different ways with different ingredients. We used our driest cider (Crimson Crisp) because the Cointreau acts as the sweetener. You can also use Triple Sec to substitute the Cointreau or Bourbon to substitute for the Cognac.

One thing to remember: All Cognacs are brandies, but not all brandies are cognacs.
