A delicious cocktail made with bourbon, hard cider, and simple syrup infused with thyme.

Ingredients
2oz bourbon
2oz hard cider ( We use Crimson Crisp)
½oz thyme infused simple syrup (Find the recipe here)
½oz lemon juice
Procedure:
Fill the glass with ice. Add the bourbon, hard cider and simple syrup then stir. Add lemon juice, garnish and serve!
For a garnish, you can use a lemon twist or even a sprig of fresh thyme.
